Amazon Prime Day is starting to wrap up now, but there are still some epic deals to be snagged on Apple's line of premium laptops – MacBooks. We've been covering sales and deals just like these since Amazon Prime Day first started, and we know exactly what prices you should be dropping the hammer on a new MacBook.
At the moment, you'll find some of the biggest savings on the M1 MacBook Air, which is now down to $749 for its lowest price ever. The MacBook Pro 14 and 16-inch are also at all time low prices, making this the perfect time to grab one if you're looking to upgrade to a new Mac. The Mac mini and the iMac are yet to move too much in price, unfortunately – but the last couple of hours of Prime Day often bring with them some cool savings on products you weren't expecting.
Worried that the price will go down again once you've already bought a new MacBook? Worry no longer – nab one now, and if the price changes before July 19, then Amazon will refund you the difference. If that doesn't put your mind at ease, I don't know what will. With only a few hours left to go, these are the best Prime Day Mac deals.

What is Apple silicon?
Apple silicon is just a fancy name for Apple's computer processors. It was announced back in 2020, and since then Apple has replaced every Intel processor in its computers with Apple silicon. The first was the M1, and now there's M2. Each processor has a base model, as well as fancy M1/2 Pro, Max, and Ultra versions of its chips.
These chips are super powerful compared to the old Intel chips. That makes things like opening windows, web browsing, running multiple apps, photo editing, video editing, and more really speedy.
These chips are always way more efficient than Intel, so if you're using a laptop they'll offer much better battery life. If you have an Intel powered Mac of any kind, the Apple silicon equivalent you can now upgrade to is going to be a massive leap in performance, so look out for the "M" moniker on each chip. Every Mac recommended in this guide is an Apple silicon Mac.
